About Raheja Universal

Founded in Mumbai on November 5, 1980, the company was originally incorporated as Garden View Properties and Hotels Private Limited. In March 2003, it was rebranded to K. Raheja Universal Private Limited to establish a stronger and more recognizable Raheja identity in the real estate market. Shortly after, the company adopted its present name, Raheja Universal Private Limited. Today, Raheja Universal continues to strengthen its presence with premium residential and commercial developments across key locations.
